Welcome to the website pianobih.org and to all information, services and products affiliated with and available through the website with the address of pianobih.org (“Piano BiH”). Piano BiH is administered by Udruzenje Rhapsody ("Rhapsody"), having the address of Dr. Silve Rizvanbegović 18a, 71000 Sarajevo, BiH.
This page lays down terms of service which is inclusive of propositions and regulation for the piano competition organizised by Rhapsody.
Throughout this document a user is understood to be a natural person who is accessing Piano BiH, whether acting in his-her own name, on behalf of another living person or on behalf of a legal entity.
By using Piano BiH in any way, the user accepts these Terms of Service including competition's Propositions and Rulebook (collectively reffered to as the "Terms") published on the Piano BiH website. Rhapsody withholds its right to amend the Terms whether wholly or in part by publishing them on this website. If you disagree with the Terms in any way, whether partially or wholly, please close down Piano BiH and do not access it in any way.
RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF USERS
The user is obliged to always enter accurate data to Piano BiH, which are up-to-date on the day of entry, and to update that data upon their change timely and without undue delay.
By entering data to Piano BiH, the user agrees to the conditions and manner of data processing from this Privacy Statement, and explicitly and irrevocably declares that he agrees that the data entered during user registration be entered into the personal data collection maintained by Piano BiH.
Payments for the competition are nonrefundable.
The user of Piano BiH may submit a written request for the removal of his-her personal data, which will be done in a manner and scope that does not interfere with the normal and lawful operation of Piano BiH.
The user can cancel the receipt of Piano BiH promotional messages. However, their cancellation does not preclude the receipt of Piano BiH advices, such as advice of successful registration, payment and the like.
USE OF COLLECTED DATA
For the needs of normal operation of Piano BiH, basic data on its users are collected, which are necessary for the execution and - or improvement of services of Piano BiH, for the competition it organizes and other services. Examples of this information are the full name and email of the user, the delivery address and more.
Like many other internet services, Piano BiH uses cookies, small text computer files that are placed on your computer when you visit a website. We use them to recognize your computer, improve the user experience of Piano BiH, analyze the visit to Piano BiH, and remember the current cycle in the process of processing your order. You can disable cookies on your computer, but this can
prevent Piano BiH from working properly.
Personal data of users will be used for the purpose of Piano BiH activities, such as order processing and payment, sending notifications via e-mail, promotion of Piano BiH offer, and for other purposes will not be used without the prior consent of the user. Apart from its suppliers for the purpose of order and payment processing, Piano BiH does not disclose or provide data on its users to third parties. Piano BiH does not collect or store user card numbers on its website.
PROPOSITIONS AND REGULATION OF PIANO COMPETITION
Rhapsody organizes piano competition Segrei Rachmaninoff ("Competition"). By applying to the Competition, the user agrees to the Terms and to the competition's Propositions and Rulebook which are considered to be integral part of the Terms.
